Abstract: Rational homotopy theory is a branch of topology which studies the “non-torsion” behaviour of the homotopy type of topological spaces. Despite having its origins in the 60’s in the work of Daniel Quillen and Dennis Sullivan, new approaches using higher algebra have been developed in the last decades.

In this talk, we will revise some classical constructions in terms of infinity structures and show some recent results in this direction. Summarizing, we will offer old wine in a new bottle with some fancy tapas.
